1 · Who we are
The BLOOOM Cart ("BLOOOM Cart," "we," "us") sells fresh floral arrangements online for pickup at competitions, shows, and events where we operate a popup. By placing an order at blooomcart.com you agree to these terms.
2 · Orders & pre-orders
Orders are placed and paid for online. Each order is tied to the specific event you select at checkout. Pre-orders close at the time posted for each event; after that, availability at the popup is first-come, first-served and not guaranteed.
3 · Pickup — we do not ship
- All orders are handed to you in person at the event's BLOOOM Cart popup. Nothing is shipped or delivered.
- Bring your order confirmation (email or phone screen) and the name on the order.
- Unclaimed orders: flowers are perishable — orders not picked up by the end of the event are forfeited and not refunded.
4 · Cancellations & refunds
- Full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the event start time.
- Inside 48 hours, blooms are already purchased and built — we can transfer the order to another attendee or a future event, but cannot refund.
- If we made a mistake (wrong bouquet, missing add-on), tell us at the popup or email us within 24 hours and we'll make it right.
5 · If an event changes or is cancelled
If an event is cancelled, postponed, or we're unable to operate the popup, you choose: move your order to another event, or take a full refund. We'll email everyone with orders as soon as we know.
6 · Custom Luxury bouquets
Custom Luxury pricing starts at $175. After you order, we contact you to design the piece; the final quote is confirmed with you before we build. Custom orders cancelled after design confirmation are refunded minus a $50 design deposit.
7 · Perishable goods
Fresh flowers are living products: exact stems, shades, and shapes vary with season and market. We match the style and palette you ordered, never below the size you paid for. Care instructions come with every bouquet; longevity after pickup depends on care and conditions.
